QuitWise Inc. ("we", "us", or "our") operates mobile applications and related services. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our applications.

• Account information: When you create an account, we collect your name, email address, and authentication credentials.
• Usage data: We collect data you enter into our applications, such as match scores and game statistics. This data is stored locally on your device and, if you choose to create an account, synced to our cloud servers.
• Device information: We may collect basic device information such as device type and operating system version for app compatibility purposes.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

• Provide, maintain, and improve our applications
• Sync your data across devices when you opt in
• Enable sharing features between users (e.g., coach-parent match sharing)
• Respond to your requests and support inquiries

3. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored locally on your device by default. If you create an account, your data is additionally stored on secure cloud servers provided by Supabase (hosted on AWS infrastructure). We use industry-standard encryption and security measures to protect your data.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties. We may share data only in the following circumstances:

• When you explicitly choose to share data with another user (e.g., sharing a match with a coach)
• When required by law or legal process
• With service providers who help us operate our applications (e.g., cloud hosting, authentication services)

5. Third-Party Authentication

Our applications may offer sign-in through Apple and Google. When you use these services, we receive basic profile information (name, email) as permitted by your settings with those providers. We do not access any other data from your Apple or Google accounts.

6. Children's Privacy

Some of our applications may be used by parents and coaches to track children's sports activities. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13. The app is designed to be operated by adults (parents, coaches) on behalf of minors.

7. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Request correction or deletion of your data
• Export your data
• Delete your account at any time

8. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will delete your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.
